Service Description

Check refrigerant charge, inspect all electrical components, check voltage and amp draw on all motors, clean indoor and outdoor coils (easy access).


Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancellations/No Shows. Please cancel or reschedule maintenance visits minimum 1 hour in advance, or $10 late cancellation fee will apply. Trip/diagnostic fee is non-refundable. (2) Repairs. After completion of diagnostic work, the technician will perform minor repairs ( replace contactor, capacitor, etc.) without additional approval or notifications. Minor repairs shall not exceed $150.00. Major repairs will be quoted and require customer's verbal and/or written approval before continuing with the repair. (3) Payment. Customer agrees to pay the contractor upon completion for any minor or approved major repairs. Costs include but are not limited to labor, parts, misc. material costs, torch use fee, recovery use fee, nitrogen use, and additional trip charges. (4) Rates. Standard labor rate (M-F 9-5pm) is $90/hr. Addition trip charges shall be calculated as $0.70/mi + time*standard labor rate. (3) Warranty. All repairs come with a limited 1 year warranty. Warranty only covers the parts provided and repairs that were made and does not guarantee whole system operation and/or functionality. Angie's Air may in some cases refuse to offer a warranty (ex. old units, customer declines contractors recommendation, etc). Warranty does not cover clients failure to perform routine maintenance. Cost of refrigerant is not covered, except for contractor negligence. (4) Utilities. Customer is responsible for providing water and electricity, at no additional cost to the contractor, needed to perform service within a reasonable distance to place where service is performed. (5) Access. Customer must provide reasonable access to the equipment where service is performed. (6) Communication. Customer must be readily available via in person or telephone to approve/deny quotes for repairs, otherwise additional trip charges may apply. (7) Inspection. Customer has the right to inspect the work. If it does not meet the customers expectations, customer must notify the contractor immediately, and the contractor shall correct the issues promptly. Payment shall be interpreted as complete acceptance of the work as is. (8) Condition of the Premises. Contractor shall keep work area clean and tidy (9) Insurance. Contractor will be properly insured at all times during work.
